We are proud of our excellent health and safety record, built on proactive management, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to all relevant Irish health and safety legislation, including the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated regulations.
 
To further demonstrate our commitment, we are in the final stages of achieving ISO 45001: Occupational Health and Safety Management Certification, the internationally recognised standard for best practice in health and safety management systems. This certification reinforces our structured approach to hazard identification, risk management, and incident prevention across all projects.

  • We leverage cutting-edge technology through the Compliplus360 App, enabling real-time management of health and safety compliance for both our direct workforce and subcontractors. This system enhances transparency, accountability, and immediate access to safety documentation and reporting tools across all our sites.
  • We implement comprehensive site-specific safety plans, conduct regular risk assessments, and ensure all staff and contractors receive up-to-date safety training, including tool-box talks and mandatory certifications.
  • We operate strict adherence to Construction Regulations 2013 to 2021, ensuring proper coordination, welfare provisions, and control measures on every project.
  • Our commitment extends to proactive engagement with clients, design teams, and regulatory bodies to foster a culture of safety from project inception to completion.
